These beginner level golf fitness and flexibility online Zoom classes have been specifically designed to target the parts of the body that need to be stronger and have better flexibility, to allow you to play your best golf more consistently.

The approach within the class is for it to be a welcoming, safe and encouraging environment, where everyone can enjoy the journey of becoming fitter and more flexible, to allow them to play their best golf for as long as they can.

I have been training with Paul since 2021 and have reduced my handicap from four to one. The impact of TRX and Pilates for Golf on my overall strength have without a doubt allowed me to consistently hit the required shots, particularly in the later stages of a medal round.
