CONGRATULATIONS ON TAKING YOUR FIRST STEPS TOWARDS A BETTER AND MORE ENJOYABLE GOLF GAME!

These beginner level golf fitness and flexibility online Zoom classes have been specifically designed to target the parts of the body that need to be stronger and have better flexibility, to allow you to play your best golf more consistently.

Online Classes

THE FORMAT OF EACH SESSION WILL BE:-

A five minute introduction to the type of exercises that we will cover in the class, and most importantly, the reasons why the golf specific exercises will help our golf swings. A forty five minute exercise programme taken through in a step by step journey to help everyone in the 12 person group get the most out of the exercises, covering the golf swing fundamental movements of push, pull, hinge, squat, lunge and rotate. The class starts with a golf mobility warm up and finishes with golf specific gentle stretching. A ten minute wrap up to the session will offer an interactive Q& A, allowing everyone to ask questions, as well a brief introduction to the exercises that we will be doing in the following week’s class. Additionally, there will be a follow up email to all the class members, asking for feedback and comments that can be discussed at the next class.

The approach within the class is for it to be a welcoming, safe and encouraging environment, where everyone can enjoy the journey of becoming fitter and more flexible, to allow them to play their best golf for as long as they can.

What you will need for the class:- Access to a tablet, laptop or computer for the Zoom session. A suitable space within your home to be able to do the exercises, adjacent to you computer. An exercise mat and a small head cushion or a rolled up towel. If you don’t have a mat, the exercises can be safely undertaken on a carpeted floor. Wear comfortable golf clothing and training shoes. Have a bottle of water or a drink to hand, to stay hydrated.

HOW TO PAY

Payment is for a block of four one hour online classes (Zoom sessions), which you can pay online via our website when class dates and times have been confirmed, and the price is £30.00, which is a 25% discounted figure from the normal price and is offered through our partnership with The Ayrshire Golf Association. As the class size is limited to only 12 golfers, payment is made at the start of the block of four classes on a first come first served basis, and unfortunately there are no refunds available.
